What effect have the online casinos had overall

Unfortunately the same cannot be said of the Bingo clubs which for some reason continue to struggle. We know that the game of bingo remains popular because the online casinos have seen an increasing number of people playing bingo online, so why are people not going to the Bingo clubs but still enjoy a trip to a real casino in spite of the limited choice of casino games they can play compared to the range of casino games offered by the online casinos. We know that playing casino games at a real casino is a very different experience to playing casino games at home at an online casino, but is the same not true of playing bingo in the company of other like-minded people. It used to be said that most people who regularly visited their local bingo club did so primarily because it was a social occasion where they met their friends but clearly that is no longer as popular as it was. Some blame the smoking ban, but smoking is not allowed in casinos either nor anywhere else where people meet for that matter. There is obviously some other reason why the real casinos have not only survived the introduction of online casinos, but have actually attracted new customers, whereas the bingo clubs appear to have suffered greatly. Unfortunately we do not know the answer, but perhaps it is absolutely nothing to do with the advent of online casinos and more to do with what the bingo clubs themselves offer their customers.
