Irish based company Realex Payments with offices in Dublin and Hammersmith, London, a major European payments services provider with several blue chip customers on its books including the AA and Air Lingus has signed a three year deal with gaming software developer Cryptologic. Realex which was founded in 200 by Colm Lyon provides a wide range of payment processing services to both large and small businesses and financial institutions and processes billions of Euro per year. Cryptologic itself has one of the most comprehensive range of games in the business and includes giants such as 888 on its customer list. The deal which brings the two Irish companies together means that Realex will enable Cryptologic to expand its payment processing capabilities as well as providing increased functionality. Director of Treasury at Cryptologic, Kieron Nolan said that as well as providing a cost effective solution, Realex provided a high level of support and consultancy and would provide processing capability across a wide range of countries and currencies as well as card types.

Realex founder Colm Lyon when speaking about the deal said he was delighted to announce the deal with a fast moving, dynamic company such as Cryptologic which he said demonstrated their ability to deliver bespoke arrangements within a tight time frame. He added that his business had grown on the back of delivering best in class payment processing solutions which includes market leading support.
