All’s quiet in terms of Irish online casino news

Another leading online casino operator well known in Ireland was also involved in what has been a significant wave of consolidation within the whole online gambling sector was Ladbrokes, who have now merged with Gala Coral. This merger was not however as popular as the Paddy Power deal and may yet face problems from the Competition and Markets Authority over the number of betting shops the combined company will be allowed to keep. The only other recent gambling news concerns responsible gambling and another report on the rise of gambling addiction.
